Description
A Level Stance. If you need to give your ride a little front-end boost, then you need to get the SuperLift 2.5 in. Front Torsion Bar Suspension Leveling Kit. This torsion bar is a quick way to level the front of your vehicle and eliminate the factory nose-down stance. It’s also the perfect tool to increase the natural height adjustability inherent of torsion bar suspension-equipped vehicles, such as your Silverado.
Front Torsion Bar. SuperLift’s heavy-duty forged steel construction torsion keys are 25% stronger than their OEM counterparts. Regular torsion bars keys feature hex-cut holes that mate to the rear ends of the torsion bars. SuperLift’s torsion keys, on the other hand, are indexed differently to increase bar rotation and lift, and are designed to grab the flat hex portion of the torsion bar for a more precise, tighter fit.
Simple Bolt-On Installation. Installing the Front Torsion Bar Leveling Kit requires a professional mechanic, and takes about three hours to finish. Before beginning the installation, please read the detailed instructions provided. Heavy-duty, high grade 10.9 metric hardware is supplied to prevent ‘over-cranking’ the torsion bar.
Warranty.Superlift is excited to announce that all lift and leveling kits now come with a free Lift Force Supplemental Limited Powertrain Warranty. This warranty will protect you from disputes with original equipment manufacturers who are unfamiliar with aftermarket suspension systems. The Lift Force Warranty goes into effect if the manufacturer or dealership denies your drivetrain warranty claim due to installation of your Superlift lift or leveling kit.
Application. The SuperLift 2.4-inch Front Torsion Bar Suspension Leveling Kit is designed for 1999-2006 Chevrolet 4WD Silverado 1500 models.
Application Note. A special torsion bar puller tool is required to load and unload torsion bars. The puller is available for purchase or rental from most major automotive part stores.
