CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Manufactured from high tensile chrome silicon wire, these coil springs undergo an advanced shot peening process to increase tensile strength. They are preset to their solid height to eliminate fatigue and sagging over time. The closed coil ends are ground flat for uniform force distribution during operation and ease of assembly. Finished with a tough black powder-coated coating, these springs resist corrosion effectively.
