Manufactured from high tensile chrome silicon wire, these springs undergo an advanced shot peening process that compresses the steel surface to significantly increase tensile strength. Each spring is preset by compressing to solid height to eliminate sagging and fatigue over time. The closed, flat-ground coil ends ensure even spring force distribution for improved performance. Finished with a corrosion-resistant black powder coat, these springs are proudly made in the USA.
