Description
High-Temperature Exhaust Protection. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve (4" x 24") is engineered to shield exhaust pipes from extreme heat, minimizing heat transfer to adjacent components and the vehicle cabin. Its flexibility and durability make it ideal for larger exhaust pipes that require expansion over flanges and sensor threads, ensuring a secure and lasting fit.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from premium titanium knit, this sleeve withstands temperatures up to 1800°F with continuous use rated at 1382°F. The knitted design delivers a textured, flexible wrap that can be easily trimmed and custom-fitted, with a natural metallic titanium finish.
Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling. The sleeve slides easily over pipes and is fastened using the included stainless steel locking ties and tool. Its expandable nature facilitates fitting over a range of pipe diameters and fittings.
