Description
High-Temperature Exhaust Protection. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve, 3-Inch x 36-Inch, is engineered to insulate larger exhaust pipes by providing a durable barrier that withstands extreme heat. It minimizes heat transfer, protecting components and preventing heat buildup inside cabin interiors. This sleeve is ideal for applications requiring effective thermal management.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from titanium knit material, the sleeve features an expandable design that stretches up to 1.5 times its normal diameter for an easy fit over flanges and sensor threads. It has a natural titanium finish, delivering both strength and resistance to heat up to 1800°F.
Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling; the sleeve can be trimmed to the desired length and ends rolled for a secure fit. It is fastened using the included stainless steel locking ties and locking tie tool, allowing for quick and reliable attachment to exhaust pipes.
