Description
Enhanced Heat Protection. The Heat Shroud; 20 AN x 10-Foot offers an effective solution to protect lines, hoses, and wires from heat damage and abrasion without needing to disconnect them. This product wraps around existing components, reducing installation time while providing optimal protection in high-temperature environments.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made of high-temperature rated glass fiber fabric with 19-ounce heat-treated insulation, the shroud includes an aluminized outer facing that reflects radiant heat up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. It is reinforced with aramid thread to ensure excellent resistance to heat, abrasion, and flame exposure. The durable silver aluminum finish resists oil, dirt, and road grime.
_x000D_Installation. Installation is simple and tool-free, requiring no disassembly of connected lines or hoses. Wrap the shroud around the component and secure it with the hook-and-loop closure system, which allows easy adjustments to fit various sizes.
