The Floor and Tunnel Shield II; 42-Inch x 48-Inch; Black is designed to block engine and exhaust heat from penetrating vehicle interiors, protecting components from damage. It features a flexible black finish that installs easily on firewalls, transmission tunnels, and floors, enhancing both function and appearance.

      Construction and Appearance. This shield consists of an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8" composite glass-fiber core and is finished with a proprietary high-temperature black coating. It provides durability, flexibility, and heat resistance, withstanding extreme temperatures up to 1750°F while maintaining a sleek, professional look.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with an aggressive peel-and-stick adhesive backing that resists wind and water. No drilling is necessary, and the material can be easily shaped and trimmed for precise fitting.
