Description
Heat Protection Solution. The Fire Sleeve, measuring 0.625 inches by 100 feet, is designed to protect fuel, transmission, and brake lines from heat damage and abrasion. It acts as a fireproof barrier to safeguard essential automotive lines in environments exposed to intense heat.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from a high-temperature resistant braided glass material woven into a durable sleeve, this product is heavily coated with 100% iron oxide silicone rubber. The textured finish provides heat insulation and protection for continuous exposure up to 500°F.
_x000D_Installation. Installation consists of slipping the sleeve over wiring or hoses without the need for drilling. The sleeve is adaptable and may require slight modification for certain applications.
