      Description

      High-Definition Camera Upgrade. The Upgraded Replacement Camera is engineered as a direct plug-and-play solution for enhancing the rearview capabilities of your 2016 to 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 equipped with a factory backup camera and power locking tailgate. Utilizing advanced Super CMOS technology from Camera Source, this unit delivers sharper images and improved visibility, even in low-light situations, giving drivers greater confidence when reversing or maneuvering.

      Construction and Appearance. This replacement camera features a high-performance CMOS sensor that outputs 600 TV lines of resolution and 0.2 lux sensitivity for reliable low-light performance. A 170° wide-angle field of view ensures maximum rearward visibility, while selectable OEM-style parking guidelines offer added assistance when navigating tight spaces. The camera is housed in a robust, weather-resistant case, and a new GM tailgate bezel with pre-mounted camera is available as an optional upgrade for a seamless OEM appearance.

      Installation. Installation is easy thanks to its plug-and-play design, requiring no splicing or programming. The camera integrates directly with your factory navigation screen or mirror display, maintaining full system functionality.

      Warranty. The Upgraded Replacement Camera includes a three-year limited warranty.
