Description
HIGH PERFORMANCE BALL JOINT. The TTX Front Upper Ball Joint provides exceptional durability and reliability in demanding driving conditions. It maintains proper steering and suspension alignment, contributing to vehicle safety and smooth handling. This component securely connects suspension parts while allowing necessary movement.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Constructed with patented sintered metal bearings for enhanced toughness, this ball joint features a neoprene dust boot to seal and protect internal components. The housing includes a patented sealing ring to lock the boot in place permanently. The stud is threaded with an M12 - 1.75 thread size, and fasteners come pre-applied with a nylok thread adhesive to prevent loosening and corrosion, finished with a green-colored boot for identification.
INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required; the unit uses a press-in mounting design. Supplied with a unique slotted castle nut and easy snap cotter pin, this ball joint can be installed quickly while ensuring secure attachment.
APPLICATION. Specifically designed to fit the 1999 through 2006 Sierra 1500 with front upper non-adjustable suspension systems. No additional modifications or exclusions apply for this fitment.
