Construction and Performance. This heat reflective sheet consists of a metalized polyimide layer laminated to lightweight glass fiber cloth, combined with a high-temperature pressure sensitive adhesive that ensures secure attachment. It features a thin profile of approximately 0.0065 inches and provides durability with resistance to UV degradation and continuous operation at temperatures up to 800°F.

Installation. Installation is straightforward thanks to the pressure sensitive adhesive backing, allowing easy application without the need for drilling. This ensures a secure and lasting bond that resists lifting under normal conditions.

Fitment and Application. This product fits universally, though some adaptation may be necessary to accommodate specific applications. It is important not to apply this sheet directly onto exhaust components because the adhesive is rated for a maximum heat resistance of 325°F.
