Description
Heat Protection Sleeve. The Fire Sleeve and Tape Kit; 0.75-Inch x 36-Inch is designed to protect fuel, transmission, brake, and other lines from heat damage and abrasion. It shields vulnerable lines or wiring by sliding the sleeve over them, safeguarding against high temperatures commonly found in automotive environments.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from a high temperature resistant braided glass material, the sleeve is heavily coated with 100% iron oxide silicone rubber. This robust, heat-insulating sleeve withstands direct heat up to 500°F. It also includes black adhesive-free, self-adhering silicone fire tape for clean finishes or joining sleeve sections securely.
