Description
Heavy-Duty Trailer Ball. The 2-5/16-Inch Trailer Hitch Ball, rated for up to 30,000 lbs. gross trailer weight (GTW), provides a strong and reliable connection between your towing vehicle and trailer, ideal for safely towing heavy loads.
Construction and Appearance. Made from high-strength forged steel, this trailer ball undergoes heat treatment to enhance wear resistance. It comes with a raw steel finish, along with a zinc-plated hex nut and helical lock washer to ensure secure mounting and resist corrosion.
Installation. Installation requires that the mounting platform be at least 3/8 inch thick, with the hole diameter no more than 1/16 inch larger than the threaded shank. When these conditions are met, no additional drilling is necessary to secure the ball properly.
Warranty. This product includes a limited lifetime warranty, with coverage for one year on the finish and parts.
