Constructed using heavy-duty 5/16-inch thick carbon steel side plates along with a rugged top plate, the hitch features a protective safety red powder-coat finish that is impact- and corrosion-resistant. The design includes a greaseable 1-inch diameter 1045 carbon steel pivot bolt and dual urethane bump cushions to enhance shock absorption performance. This combination provides both durability and a functional, industrial appearance.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling since the hitch slides into a standard receiver tube and secures with included D-handle pins. Proper air pressure adjustment after load attachment is necessary to achieve optimal performance and towing stability.
