Constructed from premium aluminum for a lightweight yet robust and rust-resistant build, this hitch features a silver powder coat finish on the base frame for impact resistance and lasting aesthetics. The 1-inch diameter 1045 carbon steel pivot bolt with a grease zerk enhances durability and ease of maintenance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling as it fits into a standard 2-inch receiver tube with adjustable hitch pin holes for length customization. Setup includes deflating the air spring before insertion, with inflation adjustments made afterward to match the trailer load.
