Description
High-Capacity Fuel Tank. The S&B Replacement Fuel Tank approximately doubles the fuel capacity of the original tank, increasing the range to help you travel longer distances without refueling. It directly replaces the stock fuel tank without the need for cutting, drilling, or modifications, making it suitable for heavy-duty use and long hauls.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable ¼-inch thick cross-linked polyethylene, this tank offers high impact resistance and durability. It features a midship design and includes embedded fittings with a 1/2" NPT thread size for secure connections. The tank is built to withstand tough operating conditions and off-road impacts.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require cutting, drilling, or special modifications. Assistance is recommended when installing due to the tank's size and weight. The tank fits in place of the OEM tank and reuses the original sending unit to simplify the upgrade process.
Warranty. The product includes a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects and quality issues. However, please note that installation of an auxiliary fuel tank may void this warranty.
Application. Designed specifically for the 1999-2007 Ford F-350 Super Duty SuperCrew trucks with 6-3/4-foot beds equipped with 6.0L and 7.3L engines. It does not fit other cab or bed configurations, such as extended cabs or long beds, due to size and mounting differences.
