      Description

      Engineered Durability. The S&B Hot Side Boot Kit replaces aging and worn turbocharger boots on 2003-2007 Ford F250 and F350 trucks equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engine. It restores airtight connections in the turbo system, preventing boost leaks that can reduce engine performance and efficiency. This kit is essential for maintaining proper turbocharger function and overall engine health.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured in-house using four plies of aramid reinforcement combined with high-grade silicone rubber, this boot kit offers maximum strength and durability. It withstands extreme heat and pressure without cracking or deteriorating and features a smooth, robust finish engineered to endure the harsh engine bay environment.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward without requiring drilling or special modifications. Clamps must be torqued to 108 inch pounds according to Ford’s specifications to ensure a proper seal and fit.

      Warranty. The kit includes a lifetime warranty, providing assurance it will last as long as the vehicle.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit Ford F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine produced from 2003 to 2007.
