However, when unused, the D-shackles can make an obnoxious noise as it bumps and clangs against your bumper or its mounting. This pair of Rugged Ridge 3/4 in. Pink D-Shackle Isolators prevents the D-shackle from making metal-on-metal contact and thereby eliminates the noise. It comes with a pair of isolators that snaps on a D-shackle’s outer perimeter and washers that separate the D-shackle from the mount.

Made from Energy-Absorbing Polyurethane. The Rugged Ridge D-Shackle Isolators are made from special energy-absorbing polyurethane that effectively cushions impacts. This not only eliminates noise but also help protect your bumper or D-shackle mount’s finish.

Designed for Quick Installation. The D-shackle isolator directly snaps on to the ¾ inch D-shackle for a hassle-free installation process. The washers fit the ¾ inch D-shackle pin which hold them in place between the shackle and the mount.
