Description
Product Overview. The Ridetech StrongArm Front Upper Control Arms optimize suspension geometry by correcting ball joint angles and enabling a greater range of camber adjustment. These control arms are intended for trucks lowered 4 inches or more using drop spindles to maintain factory alignment specifications, ensuring improved handling and tire wear.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured in-house with precision on a 4-axis tubing bender, these control arms feature seamless bends and a contoured perimeter for maximum wheel clearance. They are powder coated in a durable satin black finish and include injection molded Delrin bushings impregnated with Teflon for reduced friction and maintenance-free operation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and designed to fit directly with cast steel OE control arms without the need for drilling or major modifications. Proper fitment and performance have been validated on a running vehicle to address all potential issues.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2007-2016 Silverado and Sierra 1500 2WD and 4WD pickups equipped with stock cast steel upper control arms. Vehicles equipped with stamped steel or aluminum arms require a different part number and are not compatible.
