The result is a portable shade that allows full enjoyment of the outdoors without having to deal with the sun’s UV rays, or a sudden downpour. This awning shade is great for picnics, tailgate parties, the beach, and other situations where you’ll need shelter from the elements.
Self-Contained Design. The Rhino-Rack Left Hand Batwing Awning offers 118 Square Feet of shade when unfolded. This awning is designed to pack away into a compact, self-contained bag. Keeping everything in place when folded are hook and loop straps, and powerful Neodymium magnets that lock the swing arms in place. Additionally, this awning shade comes with aluminum stakes that you use to secure the legs to the ground for better stability.
Heavy-Duty Build Quality. The Rhino-Rack Left Hand Batwing Awning features awning arms and support legs made from high-grade extruded aluminum for a lightweight yet strong unit. These aluminum components are powder-coated in black for added corrosion protection. Moreover, this awning features a tarp that’s manufactured from poly-cotton rip-stop material and coated in a waterproof polyurethane sealant. Finally, this awning features a rugged tan color.
Easy Install Procedure. The Rhino-Rack Left Hand Batwing Awning mounts onto your roof rack on the left (driver) side without the need for modifications. This component includes all necessary mounting hardware for convenience. Please note that, while this awning is compatible with most aftermarket roof racks, you may need a corresponding fitment bracket kit to properly mount this product onto your rack.
