      Description

      Enhanced Suspension Performance. The Rancho RS5000X Front Shock for 1 to 2.50-Inch Lift provides advanced handling and ride comfort for lifted trucks. It optimizes on- and off-road driving by reducing impacts and improving shock responsiveness, ensuring control and stability over varied terrain.

      Construction and Appearance. This shock absorber features a robust 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod proven to resist corrosion and scuffing, combined with a durable 35mm sintered iron piston. The twin-tube steel body is painted white for corrosion resistance and filled with all-weather fluid to maintain performance across a wide temperature range. Included are a polyvinyl protective boot and rubber dust shield to extend component life.

      Installation. The shock installs easily using the included mounting hardware and does not require drilling. Installation is straightforward for users with moderate mechanical experience.

      Warranty. Covered by a limited lifetime warranty for added confidence.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit the 1999-2006 Sierra 1500 with a front torsion bar suspension and without electronic suspension systems. It is not compatible with aftermarket shock spacers or relocation brackets.
