The Protect-A-Wire Kit for 4-Cylinder engines with Titanium sleeving offers superior thermal protection for spark plug wires, electrical cables, and hoses exposed to extreme engine and exhaust heat. It safeguards these components against burning, cracking, and damage from direct contact with temperatures up to 1800°F and radiant heat exposure up to 2500°F, enhancing durability and performance in both street and race applications.

Construction and Appearance. This kit features sleeving made from high temperature resistant basalt fiber material with proprietary LR Technology™, providing a durable, heat-resistant solution. The kit includes a 13-foot length of sleeving with a 1/2 inch inside diameter, four 6-inch Protect-A-Boots with internal metal rings, and twelve 1-1/2 inch heat shrink tubes. The sleeve has a robust texture designed to withstand harsh under-hood environments.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically requires no drilling. The sleeving and boots fit easily over existing wires and cables, while the heat shrink tubes provide secure sealing and added protection.

Application. Designed for universal fitment; some adaptation may be required to accommodate different wire diameters and vehicle configurations.
