      Description

      Performance Cylinder Head. The Freedom Series Cylinder Head Street is designed to provide a reliable upgrade for Cummins engines, enhancing durability and performance. It is intended for use in high-demand applications such as daily driving and heavy-duty towing, supporting output up to 700hp.

      Construction and Appearance. This cylinder head features hardened, oversized press-in valve seats, new valves, valve springs, retainers, and valve guide liners, all assembled in a state-of-the-art machine shop. It is fully painted for corrosion resistance and finished with 11 screw-in freeze plugs to prevent coolant leaks under the valve cover.

      Installation. Installation requires adherence to detailed instructions, including valve lash adjustment to prevent damage. No drilling is required; however, modifications to the lower rocker box cover are necessary if using aftermarket head studs. The head gasket is not included; use of the Cummins 3977063 head gasket is recommended for proper installation.
