Key features include hardened oversized press-in valve seats, new valves with springs and retainers, new valve guide liners, and 11 screw-in freeze plugs that prevent coolant leaks under the valve cover.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and no drilling. It is important to follow installation instructions carefully, including performing the valve lash adjustment and making any required rocker box cover modifications when using aftermarket head studs, to ensure proper fit and avoid damage.
