Extreme Heat Protection. The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap; 1.50-Inch x 30-Foot; Tan effectively manages extreme exhaust heat in demanding environments such as offroading and powersports. It is designed to protect exhaust components by reducing heat transfer, thereby improving performance and safety. This wrap is applied around exhaust headers, pipes, or systems to provide thermal insulation in harsh conditions.

Construction and Appearance. This product features a dual-layer design consisting of a hi-temperature glass fiber wrap covered by a 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton. The stainless steel outer layer offers outstanding abrasion and impact resistance, while the internal glass fiber provides insulation through patented Air Gap Technology. The wrap is 1.5 inches wide and finished in tan for a rugged aesthetic suited to demanding applications.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling, as the steel exoskeleton locks together when overlapped, ensuring a secure and tight fit. Users should avoid removing or repositioning the wrap after it has been heat cycled, as the fibers lose flexibility post-installation.

Application. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required. It is not recommended for catalytic converters or titanium exhaust systems due to potential damage from excessive heat retention.
