Description
Style and Function. Upgrade your ’02 to ’05 RAM 1500 truck’s front-end style and function by installing these Chrome Version 2 Projector Headlights. These components combine the style of your factory headlight assembly with modern design cues to give your front-end fresh new look. More than just a style upgrade, these headlights feature bar-style LED daytime running lights (DRL), making your vehicle more visible to oncoming traffic.
Intense Illumination. Unlike your truck’s stock headlights that feature conventional prism lenses, these headlights utilize projector-style lenses. This lens design is engineered to work with the included H1 halogen bulbs to project beams of light more efficiently. This allows you to see further down the road and for oncoming motorists to notice you much easier.
Durable Build Quality. These headlights feature ultra-clear lenses precision-crafted from high-grade polycarbonate for exceptional resistance to breakage. The assemblies’ housing is fabricated from durable polyprophite which are sealed with the lenses for reliable all-weather performance. Finally, these headlights come in a chrome finish that also helps boost visibility.
Simple Install Procedure. Installing these projector headlights is a relatively simple task as these mount into your truck’s stock headlight location without the need for modifications. Minor splicing may be needed to properly wire the built-in DRLs into your truck’s electrical system. Apart from this step, installation is made easier via factory-style connectors.
DOT-Approved. These headlights pass all DOT standards regarding on-road lighting. This means these headlights are completely street-legal.
Application. These Chrome Version 2 Projector Headlights fit 2002 to 2005 RAM 1500 models.
Bulb Application. These projector headlights include two H1 halogen bulbs for both the low and high beams. Please note that it is not advisable to replace the bulbs with either aftermarket HID or LED bulbs.
