      Long-Arm Coilover Suspension. The Rock Krawler 3.5" X-Factor X2 Flat-Belly COILOVER Long-Arm Suspension System significantly enhances suspension performance for Jeep Wrangler TJ vehicles. This advanced system combines a front coilover setup with a traditional rear spring and shock configuration, delivering superior ride quality, exceptional off-road geometry, and unmatched durability. It is engineered to improve both on-road handling and off-road capability while maintaining excellent ground clearance and suspension articulation.

      Construction and Appearance. This suspension system features high-strength control arms with Adventure Series joints made from BASF thermo-elastomer material capable of withstanding over 95 degrees of misalignment. The full flat-belly long-arm design tucks all arms inside the frame, reducing exposure to trail hazards. Tuned triple-rate coil springs front and rear provide balanced ride comfort and durability. Components undergo precision manufacturing and finish treatments for long-lasting corrosion resistance and rugged appearance.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and involves removal of certain factory control arm mounts and components. Depending on the vehicle configuration, modifications such as removal of the factory transmission skid plate, use of specific driveshaft components, and installation of body and motor mount lifts may be necessary. No drilling is typically needed; however, custom cat-back exhaust fitment and driveshaft alterations are often required.
