Description
High Quality, High Performing Sensors. The Silverado 2500 oxygen sensor is the perfect way to improve your fuel economy and reduce emissions. This 5-wire oxygen sensor uses the latest "planar" construction with a special two-part sensing element to measure how much oxygen is in the exhaust, so you can fine-tune your engine for maximum performance.
Improved Fuel Efficiency. The Bosch LSU wideband oxygen sensor is designed to provide a precise indication of the exact air/fuel ratio, and over a much broader range of mixtures in order to control fuel delivery for optimum efficiency and performance.
Long-Lasting, Superior Performance. The Silverado 2500 oxygen sensors have a stainless steel body that is sealed tight to protect against contamination from exhaust emissions — ensuring longer sensor service life. The wideband design has the ability to operate at lower temperatures, as well as provide increased accuracy across a wider range of exhaust gas compositions.
Faster Heat-Up Time. These sensors measure the air-fuel ratio in the exhaust system and adjust fuel injection for more efficient combustion.
Improved Engine Performance. The Silverado 2500 oxygen sensors work by sensing the concentration of oxygen in exhaust gases. They help to maintain clean air and provide an accurate measurement for engine performance.
Plug and Play Installation. These oxygen sensors are a direct-fit replacement for GM sensors that require no cutting, splicing or drilling.
Application. The 5-Wire 4.2 Sensor is designed to work with vehicles using OBDII diagnostics, and are compatible with all vehicles from 1996 onwards.
