      Description

      Enhanced Cooling and Capacity. The PPE Heavy-Duty Deep Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is engineered to optimize performance and durability for your 2007 to 2010 Yukon with a 4L60E transmission. This pan increases fluid capacity by 3 quarts, helping to reduce transmission temperatures while extending fluid life. With high-precision casting and integrated structural supports, this upgrade is perfect for towing, off-road, and high-performance applications.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from premium A356.0-T6 heat-treated cast aluminum, this pan is precision-cast using permanent steel molds to ensure consistent quality and dimensional accuracy. The brushed finish adds a clean, industrial look. 3/4-inch external fins enhance cooling and impact resistance, while internal baffles reduce fluid slosh and promote better thermal management. The integrated cross-bracing structure, cast-in gussets, and reinforced flanges further improve rigidity. Included is a 304 stainless steel drain plug with a high-temp neodymium magnet and Viton O-ring, plus an 1/8-inch NPT port with a pre-installed plug. Integrated filter supports ensure optimal filter alignment, and the kit includes a new filter and gasket.

      Installation. Installation is easy using standard tools and requires no modification to factory components. The pan is designed as a direct-fit upgrade and includes all necessary hardware and accessories for a hassle-free installation.
