      Description

The PPE Heavy-Duty Deep Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is designed to enhance the durability and thermal performance of your 2019 to 2026 Sierra 1500 equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission. This high-capacity upgrade increases fluid volume by 3.8 quarts to improve cooling efficiency, reduce transmission wear, and maintain performance under demanding driving conditions, whether you're towing, hauling, or daily driving.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from premium A356.0-T6 heat-treated cast aluminum alloy, this pan is precision-cast using steel molds for superior consistency and dimensional accuracy. The tall ¾-inch external fins and deep ⅞-inch internal baffles work together to dissipate heat and prevent fluid slosh, while also forming a cross-bracing structure that adds significant rigidity. Cast-in gussets reinforce the transmission flange, and the 304 stainless steel service plugs include a high-temp neodymium magnet and Viton O-ring to trap debris and ensure a secure seal.

      Installation. Installation is easy with a direct-fit design that reuses the factory gasket and filter. The integrated standpipe allows for accurate fluid level checks, and a pre-installed plug in the ⅛-inch NPT port makes sensor integration or fluid monitoring simple if desired.
