The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is designed for 2020 to 2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with 6.2L or 7.3L gas engines and the 10R140 transmission. This high-performance upgrade adds 5 quarts of extra fluid capacity to enhance cooling and prolong transmission life under heavy use. Ideal for towing, worksite use, or high-heat conditions, this pan offers the durability and efficiency that serious truck owners demand.

      Construction and Appearance. Precision cast from A356.0-T6 heat-treated aluminum using permanent steel molds, this pan delivers exceptional dimensional accuracy and strength. The raw finish gives it a rugged, functional look, while external fins increase surface area for better heat dissipation and structural reinforcement. Internal baffles reduce fluid slosh and improve cooling stability. It includes a 304 stainless steel drain plug with a powerful neodymium magnet and Viton O-ring, plus a fluid fill adapter, plug, and check standpipe for ease of service. It retains compatibility with OEM gaskets and filters.

      Installation. Installation is easy and requires no modifications. This direct bolt-on pan fits 2020 to 2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty models with 6.2L or 7.3L engines and the 10R140 transmission, using factory hardware and components.
