      Description

      High-Capacity Cooling for Gas Engines. The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is a premium upgrade for 2020 to 2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty models equipped with 6.2L or 7.3L gas engines and the 10R140 transmission. Designed to improve thermal performance and fluid stability, this pan adds an additional 8 quarts of transmission fluid capacity, making it ideal for heavy hauling, towing, and high-demand usage. It provides increased cooling efficiency and serviceability while maintaining full compatibility with factory components.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from rugged A356.0-T6 heat-treated cast aluminum, the pan features thick walls and external fins that improve both heat dissipation and structural rigidity. Internal baffles minimize fluid slosh and reduce thermal cycling. The 304 stainless steel drain plug includes a powerful neodymium magnet and a high-temp Viton O-ring for a leak-proof seal and effective metal particle capture. It also comes complete with a fluid fill adapter, check standpipe, and plug, making maintenance easy. The pan is fully compatible with OEM gaskets and filters.

      Installation. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on process with no modifications required. It fits directly to 2020 to 2026 F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.2L or 7.3L gas engines and 10R140 transmission, using factory mounting points and hardware.
