The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is designed to increase durability and transmission performance in your 2020 to 2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty with the 10R140 transmission. This upgraded pan adds an impressive 8 quarts of fluid capacity, improving heat management and extending transmission life. Perfect for towing, hauling, or high-performance applications, it delivers the thermal stability modern heavy-duty trucks require.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from A356.0-T6 cast aluminum alloy, the pan is engineered for strength and thermal conductivity. External fins help dissipate heat while adding rigidity to the transmission case. Internal baffles reduce fluid slosh, improving cooling efficiency under load. The included 304 stainless steel drain plug features a high-temp neodymium magnet and Viton O-ring for secure sealing and debris capture. Also included are a fluid fill adapter, check standpipe, and plug for convenient serviceability. This pan is compatible with OEM gaskets and filters for a seamless install.

      Installation. Installation is simple and bolt-on, requiring no modifications. It reuses the factory gasket and filter and includes all necessary hardware for a direct fit on 2020 to 2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty models with the 10R140 transmission.
