      Description

      Heavy-Duty Rear Differential Cover. The PPE Dana M300 Heavy-Duty Aluminum Rear Differential Cover is engineered to enhance the durability and performance of your vehicle's rear differential. It offers improved heat management and increased fluid capacity, protecting the internal gears and components under demanding driving conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from premium A356.0-T6 heat-treated cast aluminum alloy, this cover is precision-cast using permanent steel molds to ensure dimensional accuracy and a smooth, consistent finish. Its raw aluminum form includes half-inch external cooling fins and reinforced gussets for superior heat dissipation and structural strength.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, allowing a direct bolt-on upgrade to your axle. The cover comes with high-quality 304 stainless steel service plugs featuring built-in high-temperature rated neodymium magnets and Viton O-rings.

      Warranty. Includes a one-year limited warranty for peace of mind.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2017-2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty models without exclusions or additional modifications.
