      Description

      High-Output Single Turbo Upgrade. The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 7675 BMF Billet Wheel Journal Bearing Turbo is a full bolt-on solution for massively increasing the power output of your 2014 to 2018 5.3L GMC Sierra 1500. This system is capable of adding over 200 rear wheel horsepower, with potential gains exceeding 250 rwhp depending on supporting mods and tuning. Designed for street and strip performance, it delivers huge power in a complete, upgrade-ready package.

      Construction and Appearance. The kit features the powerful On3 7675 BMF billet wheel turbocharger, built around a journal bearing core for proven durability. The Gen 2 cast stainless steel divided turbo manifold allows for precise bank-to-bank tuning and optimal flow. It includes a stepped 3.0 to 3.5 inch stainless downpipe, bead-rolled 304 aluminum cold side piping, and a large 3.5 inch core air-to-air intercooler supporting up to 600 rwhp. Also included are 5-ply silicone couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, a 44mm V-banded wastegate, and CNC-machined oil feed and return components. The system utilizes the factory mass air flow sensor and works with 4x4 transfer cases and driveshafts.

      Installation. Installation is hard and requires mechanical expertise, tuning support, and access to specialty tools. Fabrication is minimal due to the bolt-on nature, but professional installation and dyno tuning are strongly recommended for safe and reliable performance.
