Description
High-Powered Turbo Upgrade. The On3 Performance T6 Single Turbo System with 80mm Billet Wheel Turbocharger is engineered to transform your 2009 to 2017 5.7L RAM 1500 into a high-horsepower machine. This complete system retains factory amenities like air conditioning while delivering the boost needed to support up to 1000 horsepower with the right supporting modifications.
Construction and Appearance. This kit includes a precision-built On3 80mm billet wheel turbocharger with a T6 housing, a complete 304 stainless steel crossover, and custom turbo manifold. The cold side features polished 6061 aluminum bead-rolled tubing, complemented by a 3-inch intercooler, high-grade silicone couplers, and T-bolt clamps. A laser-cut bracket system and premium fittings ensure strength, durability, and proper fitment.
Installation. Installation is considered hard and intended for experienced mechanics or professionals. The kit includes an installation guide on disc and requires detailed setup for optimal performance, but no compromise on retaining factory functionality.
