Description
Plug & Play Rear Camera Bundle. The OBDGenie Rear View Camera Programmer offers a seamless upgrade to add a rear view safety camera to factory REC navigation radios that include a rear camera input connector. It programs the vehicle’s computer to activate this feature in about 30 seconds, enabling instant use of the rear camera for improved driver awareness and safety.
Construction and Appearance. This kit includes a universal license plate hideaway camera with durable housing designed for discreet mounting. The components, including the radio interface and wiring kit, are engineered for reliable electrical connections and finished with quality materials for long-lasting performance and a professional appearance.
Installation. Installation features plug & play connections compatible with factory vehicle electronics and radio systems. The included EZ-DC 12v power accessory kit and interface facilitate integration without the need for special tools. Note that installation may require routing wiring to the license plate area and is intended for vehicles that are rear camera ready or have factory REC navigation radios with rear camera input capability.
Application. Specifically designed for 2013 to 2017 RAM 3500, ensuring precise fitment and compatibility without modifications.
