      Description

      Efficient Charge-Air Cooling. This Stage 2 air-to-water intercooler replaces the restrictive factory unit with a high-capacity aluminum core that dramatically lowers intake temperatures under heavy load. By circulating coolant through the intercooler’s end tanks, it maintains consistent charge density for improved torque and horsepower on extended pulls or towing at highway speeds.

      Rugged, OEM-Style Build. Crafted from 100 percent CNC-extruded aluminum and TIG-welded for maximum strength, the raw-finish intercooler can be custom-painted or polished to match engine-bay aesthetics. Its bolt-on design uses all factory mounting points and hoses, ensuring simple installation without fabrication.

      Installation. Remove the factory intercooler, install the new unit with supplied gaskets and hardware, reconnect coolant lines, then bleed the system according to service manual procedures.

      Application. The Stage 2 Factory Replacement Air to Water Intercooler in raw finish fits 2011–2016 6.7L Powerstroke F-350 Super Duty vehicles.
