This swivel water neck allows for 360-degree rotation combined with a 30-degree angled outlet to ensure optimal hose routing and coolant flow. It maintains effective engine cooling by providing a secure and leak-free coolant passage.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from die-cast aluminum, this water neck offers high strength and durability while resisting corrosion. Its satin black finish delivers a modern, custom aesthetic that complements any engine bay. The thick mounting flange enhances reliability by preventing warping and ensuring a positive coolant seal, with stainless steel Allen head cap screws mounting flush to the flange for a sleek appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no need for drilling since it is designed to directly replace or upgrade the original thermostat housing. The included hardware ensures a secure, flush mount for a professional look.
Warranty. Comes with a manufacturer's limited 90-day warranty.
Application. Specifically fits 1999-2015 V8 Sierra 1500 models. Note that engines from 1997-2003 and 2009 require a 2004-2008 style thermostat for compatibility.
