Description

It reinforces the axle by spanning its full length and providing a rigid mounting point for suspension link brackets. Construction and Appearance. The main truss is constructed from 3/8 inch thick laser-cut steel plate, supported by additional 3/8 inch and 3/16 inch thick steel plates for reinforcement. All components are CNC bent for precision and feature a bare steel finish, allowing for customization or application of corrosion protection treatments.
Installation. Installing this axle truss requires moderate mechanical skill. It involves removing factory brackets and trimming approximately two inches from the driver's side housing to ensure proper fitment. No drilling is required, but careful trimming and fitting are necessary for a secure mount.
