There are 12 ring gear bolts on this gear, with an 8.25-inch diameter. The ratio for each one-wheel revolution to drive shaft rotation is 4.30. The pinion has 30 splines to ensure a superior operation of the gear and pinion. The differential case design type is GM 8.25 IFS, and effectively holds the ring gear that is spun by the pinion gear for superior final drive axle ratio in your truck.

      Simple Installation. With moderate mechanical knowledge and basic hand tools, you can install this gear and pinion kit. The manufacturer provides customers with a PDF instruction guide that can be downloaded from their website.
