The Memphis Audio PRX 12-Inch Subwoofer with RGB and Selectable 1/2/4 Ohm impedance delivers powerful and customizable bass performance, featuring 400W RMS and 800W peak power handling. It is designed for both factory system upgrades and custom audio builds, providing flexible impedance options to accommodate various amplifier configurations and system needs.

Construction and Appearance. This subwoofer includes a black on black polypropylene cone combined with a stitched butyl rubber surround for durability and clear sound reproduction. It incorporates DVVC direct voice coil cooling technology, a reinforced spider, improved suspension, woven tinsel leads, and a high-temperature TIL voice coil former. The vibrant RGB LED illuminated cone offers an attractive visual enhancement for any installation.

Installation. Installation is straightforward, designed for standard mounting depths with a 5.5-inch depth and 11-inch cutout diameter. The LED must be hardwired to a 12V power source; alternatively, the Memphis RGB Controller MXRGBTC (sold separately) can be used. No additional modifications or drilling are typically necessary for fitment.

Warranty. This subwoofer is backed by a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship when purchased from authorized dealers.
