This kit lowers the front by 4 inches and the rear by 6 inches to give your truck a more street-hugging profile. This look is not just sleeker, but also offers improved handling characteristics, especially when cornering.
High-Quality Rear Max Trac Shock Absorbers. This lowering kit replaces your stock rear shocks with a pair of lowering Max Trac shock absorbers. These shocks combine a twin-tube design with a high-pressure gas charge and a larger diameter piston. This design delivers superior damping performance and improved driving feel. These shocks also feature chrome-hardened piston rods for exceptional durability.
Brawny Front Lowering Coil Springs. Providing your truck with its lowered stance at the front are a pair of lowering coil springs. These coil springs are designed to provide a more comfortable ride without compromising driving characteristics. Likewise, these springs are manufactured from high-grade spring steel and are powder coated in black for ideal protection against rust.
Rigid Drop Spindles. Maintaining your truck’s proper steering geometry is a pair of drop spindles for the front. These spindles are engineered to work with your truck’s new lowered stance to maintain proper steering feel. They offer exceptional strength courtesy of their cast ductile iron construction. What's more, a protective black powder coat finish ensures these components are well protected against rust.
Rear Flip Kit. For lowering the rear, this kit comes with a rear flip kit. This kit includes a number of components design to lower your rear by “flipping” your truck’s axle over the leaf springs. This setup helps maintain rear suspension geometry, apart from providing a lowered stance.
Professional Installation Recommended. This Max Trac lowering kit is designed to install onto your truck with some cutting. You will also be needing expert-level mechanical skills, as well as a few specialized tools. Consequently, professional installation is recommended.
