Rear Shock Extenders. The Max Trac Rear Shock Extenders for 4 to 7-Inch Flip Kit are designed to extend the rear shocks on your vehicle to accommodate lowering. This product lets you maintain factory ride quality and performance without having to replace your existing Autoride or Magneride shocks, providing an efficient solution for rear suspension lowering setups.
Construction and Appearance. These extenders are fabricated from durable steel and finished with a grey powder coat that provides corrosion resistance and an industrial aesthetic. The sturdy construction ensures long-lasting performance under lowered rear suspension conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring basic mechanical skills and no drilling. The extenders bolt onto existing shock mounts, simplifying the process for installers of varying experience levels.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2007-2018 Silverado and Sierra 1500 models lowered between 4 and 7 inches. Not compatible with wheels wider than 9 inches or with less than 4.5 inches of backspacing, as these conditions void manufacturer warranties.
