Description

Performance Exhaust Upgrade. The JBA 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers Natural improve engine performance by reducing exhaust flow restriction, offering enhanced power and efficiency for everyday driving and towing needs.

Construction and Appearance. These headers are constructed from durable mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing and feature proprietary Firecone collectors with extra thick collector domes for increased durability and improved exhaust flow. The headers have a matte grey, uncoated finish with 3/8-inch thick machined flanges and oversized exhaust ports to ensure a precise, leak-resistant fit.

Installation. Designed with factory style emission connections to facilitate installation. These headers are intended to fit existing emission setups and may require professional installation.

Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1999-2002 6.0L Sierra 1500 trucks, ensuring compatibility with factory emission configurations and without the need for smog pump modifications.
