Level-up your RAM 1500’s factory AM/FM radio’s functionality with the Infotainment 8.40-Inch 4C NAV UAQ Retrofit Kit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto; Dash Bezel Included. This kit is designed to replace your stock AM/FM radio with a device that’s engineered to offer a multitude of options regarding navigation, information, and entertainment applications. These options all work to make your drives not just pleasant but efficient as well. Best of all, its OE design means you get to maintain your interior’s original style.
GPS Navigation and Smartphone Access. This infotainment system comes embedded with GPS navigation that’s designed to work with your GPS antenna if so equipped. This allows you to get to your destination much more efficiently. Also, this system’s Uconnect Bluetooth feature is configured to seamlessly connect with your smartphone, enabling you to make and receive calls completely hands-free, improving safety. Finally, this device is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, giving you the option of using any entertainment or navigation applications you may have installed.
Easy Use Controls. This device features an 8.40-inch, full-color display that’s completely touch-controlled. Furthermore, this touchscreen’s stock icons are designed for ease of use. Moreover, this system will work with your RAM’s steering wheel audio controls for added safety. Similarly, this device is also compatible with your backup camera which when combined with the larger display improves safety.
Rigid Construction. This infotainment system’s housing is crafted from high-grade alloy, offering durability and vibration resistance. Also, its bezels and panels are precision-molded from automotive-grade plastic following the design of your factory radio. This construction gives you an OE-grade fit and finish when installed.
Convenient Install Procedure. This infotainment system mounts into your RAM’s factory radio location. No drilling or modifications to your truck are needed. Moreover, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete.
Includes a 90-Day Limited Warranty. This infotainment system includes a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s site for more details.
Application. This Infotainment 8.4-Inch 4C NAV UAQ Retrofit Kit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto; Dash Bezel Included fits all 2013-2017 RAM 1500 models.
Application Notes. A subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio is needed to access this service. Also, 2013-2014 models equipped with heated seats and/or heated steering wheels will require an extra module to retain the use of those features.
Important Notes.
- If your truck is a 2013-2014 and currently features heated seats, ventilated seats, and/or heated steering wheel you will need an extra module to retain those features, which is Infotainment's 4C Retrofit Interface.
- Customers who are currently subscribed to the paid subscription of UConnect Access will forfeit this feature by upgrading to the new UConnect 4 system.
- Compatible with Infotainment's plug and play third brake light cargo camera.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing steering wheel mounted audio controls. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's Steering Wheel Audio Control Kit.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing back-up rear view camera. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's TailGate Handle Backup Camera Kit.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing roof-mounted Sirius satellite radio antenna. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's Custom SiriusXM GPS Antenna Kit. If your current radio features Sirius Travel Link and Sirius Traffic it will be retained with the UAQ upgrade. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's OBD Genie C-STL Programmer.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing UConnect® bluetooth hands-free calling feature. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's UConnect Microphone Kit.
