      VIN Clear Theft Unlock. The Infotainment OBD Genie VIN Clear Theft Unlock Programmer removes the “theft lock” message from General Motors radios that are paired to a specific vehicle VIN. It is used when replacing a radio with one from a different vehicle, clearing the radio’s stored VIN so the new vehicle can recognize it.
