Construction and Appearance. The kit features fiber laser cut steel, CNC-bent components, and robotic welding for exacting quality standards. Manufactured in Texas, all metal parts come with a durable finish and carry a lifetime warranty, reflecting the high-quality craftsmanship and durability expected from premium suspension upgrades.
Installation. Installation typically requires a certified mechanic and takes approximately 9 hours, excluding alignment. The bolt-on C-notch is designed for DIY installation using grade 8 hardware, and no pinion shims are needed thanks to an integrated correct pinion angle in the flip kit.
Warranty. A lifetime warranty is provided on all metal parts, ensuring long-lasting reliability and peace of mind.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 1999-2006 2WD Sierra 1500 models with coil spring front suspension. This kit is not compatible with torsion key suspension or 4WD variants.
