Description
Coilover Conversion System. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4-5.5” coilover conversion system upgrades the front and rear suspension of the 2023 4WD F-350 Super Duty models, offering an adjustable lift that enhances ride quality and off-road performance. This system allows the mounting of larger, more aggressive tires, making it suitable for both on-road and mild off-road usage such as job site duty and gravel roads.
Materials and Durability. The system features corrosion-resistant CAD plated coilover shock bodies with 7/8" shafts and anodized rear shock bodies with 5/8" shafts, engineered for increased wheel travel and ride control. Shocks are fully rebuildable and tunable, supported by a lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sagging and manufacturer defects in fabricated components.
Installation Process. Installation involves removing the factory coil centering cup and may require adjustments to accommodate vehicle wiring harnesses to prevent damage. Although bolt-in for the OE coil bucket location, professional installation is recommended due to the need for ADAS recalibration after installation and potential clearance issues with certain vehicle components.
Warranty. This system carries a lifetime warranty against coil spring breakage and manufacturer defects on fabricated components.
Application. Designed specifically for the 2023 4WD Ford F-350 Super Duty models with single rear wheels (SRW), excluding cab and chassis versions. It is recommended for use with stock or aftermarket wheels and tires up to 37" x 12.50", and requires the use of part number 611081 for certain configurations.
