This kit is applied to the floor pan area where engine and exhaust heat, along with road noise, typically enter, improving comfort during all driving conditions.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. The product is made from butyl damping pads with an aluminum foil constraining layer, providing temperature resistance up to 550+ degrees Fahrenheit. It features a lightweight, flexible design less than 1/8 inch thick and comes with a self-adhesive backing for easy application without additional adhesives or tools.
_x000D_Installation. The installation process is straightforward and quick, requiring no drilling or specialized tools, as the material is peel-and-stick. It installs in approximately half the time compared to offshore-produced competing brands.
